But it’s not just us Brits that are dedicated to building the world’s best battle zones, there are awesome arenas across the globe – and some of these incredible arenas have to be seen to be believed! So pack a bag, dig out your passport and get ready for an adventure, because once you set your sights on these epic paintball parks you’ll be on a flight before you know it!

Hollywood Sports, California

Hollywood Sports in California is almost as famous as its customer base, and it’s easy to see why the likes of David Beckham, Channing Tatum and Nicole Scherzinger all love blasting their way round this enormous outdoor paintball centre. Not only are the game zones inspired by the biggest Hollywood blockbusters, they also feature genuine movie props too, and it doesn’t get any closer to starring in your own action movie than that.

 

Escobar’s Mansion, Colombia

What do you do with the abandoned mansion of a man once named the 7th richest person on the planet? Turn it into a paintball park of course! That’s right, thanks to an imaginative group of paintball pioneers you can now do battle at Pablo Escobar’s abandoned mansion in Medellin. Playing paintball at the former home of the world’s most notorious drug lord might not be for everybody, but if you’re a Narcos fan it doesn’t get any better than this – just try to stay out of the pool!

Paintball Explosion, Illinois

Paintball Explosion in Illinois might seem like your typical US paintball park, but this awesome outdoor arena is home to one of the most legendary game zones ever created, and all you Call of Duty fans might just recognise it. You guessed it, Paintball Explosion is where you’ll find the original Nuketown paintball map, and if that doesn’t make you want to drop everything to play some paintball I don’t think we can be friends any more, sorry.

The Paintball Park, Camp Pendleton

OK, so the name’s not the most imaginative in the world, but if we could design our dream paintball park this would be it. Built on the grounds of a real military base, The Paintball Park is as close to paintball paradise as it gets, and with a total of ten tailor-made game zones to explore there’s something for everybody. Packed with forts, tanks, helicopters and huts, these bespoke battlefields are designed to push your battle tactics to the limit, and you’re guaranteed one of the most authentic and immersive games of paintball in the world.

Asylum Paintball, New Zealand

If you thought playing paintball at Pablo Escobar’s mansion was mad, this one-of-a-kind paintball park in New Zealand might just top it. How? Well for starters you’ll be waging war in an abandoned psychiatric hospital, with the majority of the action taking place in the former high security wards. Then there’s the plethora of paranormal activity that’s been reported over the years, and even the odd ghost sighting.

 

Add it all together and you’ve got all the ingredients for an unforgettable game of paintball at one of the world’s most unique paintball parks. If you’re brave enough a night at the Asylum is a must.
