Win or lose, playing paintball guarantees you some seriously good fun \u2013 but nothing beats the feeling of finishing the day as a winner. So to help you claim the bragging rights, here\u2019s our top five tips to take your paintball skills<\/a> to the next level.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Keep moving<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Staying on the move not only keeps your opponents guessing, it eliminates any chance of you being pinned down or marked out of the game. If you stay in the same place for too long it gives your opponents the perfect opportunity to outnumber and eliminate you. So when you see an opportunity to move forward, take it.<\/p>\n

2. Save the stunts for Hollywood<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Action rolls and daredevil dives might look good on the silver screen, but when it comes to paintball they never normally end well. Getting eliminated whilst recreating Rambo might be embarassing, but that\u2019s nothing compared to the pain of seeing your paintballs spill absolutely everywhere! Which brings us onto our next tip..<\/p>\n

3. Don\u2019t waste paintballs<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Paintballs are precious, so there\u2019s no point wasting them on targets that are too far away to hit. Use your ammo wisely and wait for the perfect moment to pull the trigger, otherwise you run the risk of running out of paintballs when you need them most.<\/p>\n

4. Work as a team<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Paintball is the ultimate test of teamwork, and the winning team is usually the one which works the best as a team. Trying to win the game on your own only leads to an early elimination, your team are there to help so make the most of them.<\/p>\n

5. Be brave<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be afraid to keep pushing forward, in paintball he who dares usually wins! It may mean sacrificing yourself for the good of the team, but if you can gain ground and eliminate a couple of opponents in the process it\u2019s all worth while.<\/p>\n
