Paintball Dos and Donts

Do

• Do make sure you listen to your game marshals at all times.
• Do warm up before the game to minimise the chance of picking up an injury.
• Do take care when moving over challenging paintball terrain – you don’t want to turn an ankle and become a sitting duck!
• Do remember that good communication is vital if your team is to stand any chance of success.
• Do tell your friends to experience paintball for themselves!

Don’t

• Don’t play without a mask/goggles because a paintball in your eye WILL hurt and could cause serious injury.
• Don’t shoot anyone if they are too close – around 15ft is a safe distance.
• Don’t forget the minimum legal age to play paintball is 12 years of age.
• Don’t run out of paint halfway through a mission because your team will be at a real disadvantage.
• Don’t forget to enjoy yourself!
